Young Living Convention: Part 1

I'm currently in Salt Lake City, Utah for the Young Living convention.  I knew I wanted to go and when they announced a promotion called "Road to Convention" back in March....I set my sights on winning and worked so hard to share this amazing company and it's products with my family and friends.  Many of you here have trusted me and jumped on the oil train.  Thank you.  I was one of the 20 winners and my entire convention experience (fees, flight, hotel, etc...) is paid for.  What a huge blessing!

At the launch party.  This is a beautiful Ningxia Red ice sculpture.  You pour the Ningxia Red into the top and it travels through a tunnel and out the side.  So neat!

Love this one too!

You can't ever have too many shots!

The Gala dinner.  A night to recognize all the accomplishments from everyone that works so hard and is so passionate about these products.

Beautiful centerpieces.

With Katherine, Leslie, me and Cheryl

Yummy food!

Ningxia Red slushies.  Yum!

I'm learning a ton here this week.  Excited about the new products that are introduced and the vision of this company.  The integrity.  The commitment to produce the best essential oils in the world.  So proud to be a part of this!

Father's Day and Anniversaries

Last weekend, we went to Shawn's parents house for Father's Day.

Shawn and his dad.

All the cousins swimming at the pool.

Enjoying the back patio.

Celebrating this amazing guy that has stepped in and filled some pretty big daddy shoes.

I'm not going to lie.  Father's Day was hard.  It's a reminder of all the things my boys will never know or experience with Jason.  It's so unfair.

To top it off....our 14th anniversary would have been this week.

To say the last few days have been emotional would be an understatement.  :(  Giving myself permission to still feel sad.

On another note, I earned this awesome kit with Young Living back in March and it finally came today.  120+ oils that retails for $2600.  To say I am ecstatic and honored is also an understatement.  I am so happy!!  Love this company and all it stands for.

All labeled and alphabetized.  Can you say major dork?

Hudson informed me that I wasn't acting happy enough.  Crazy kid!

More Summer .....

Staying in on rainy days......and catching up on laundry.

Shutting down the electronics and using our brains....building Legos and using our imagination.

We are huge fans of coconut water around here. The other day I added a few drops of Young Living lime to it.  Yum-O!!

Took the boys and their friends to the trampoline park......while I worked on a boot camp that I'm running with my Young Living leaders- teaching them how to share and build.  Interested in getting your oils paid for and making additional income for your family?  I'm happy to help you!

Fun with friends!

Our first time this summer at the water park....with sweet friends we've known practically since birth.

Loving summer so far!

Summer Day #1

Last day of school.  Lesson learned- take their picture before school starts.  After school is over they are not quite as excited.  Oh well.....hello summer!!

Our first day of summer was pretty great.  Sleeping in.....not sure what time they got up, but they let me sleep in until 10:00!!!  I could get used to this.

We had a lazy morning and then headed out to the park for a bit.  Here is the tire swing we've been playing on forever.....and it makes me sad to see how tight it is this year.  Not sure how much longer they will both be able to squeeze in.

This is the dig machine that they played with when they were just toddlers.  They look so big next to it now....

Next stop... the library.  We checked out some books and movies.

Best part about today (other than just hanging with my boys) is that it was a FREE day.  Gotta mix those days in because summer time can get super expensive with all the camps, season passes, meeting up with friends at various places.....

Field Day and EOY party

Getting creative with the Legos.

Last week, I enjoyed a spa day....courtesy of sweet boy.  I so needed that!

Field day with the Coop!

With some sweet friends.

So focused!  He managed to go all the way without dropping his egg.

Sidewalk chalk fun!

Cooper's EOY party at school was yesterday.  They had lots of fun activities planned.  They made these cute frames.....

.....and they took these silly pictures to put in the frames.

Playing "pin the mustache on Mrs. Lee"  So funny!

This is our last day of school.  Bring on summer!!!
